Our client is a long established, area landmark multi franchised new car dealership located in the beautiful Gladstone area of Qld. They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced New Car Sales Manager to join their management team. The dealership offers security of tenure, excellent selling franchises, career advancement opportunities and a friendly working atmosphere. The are offers all modern facilities including medical, educational, sporting, recreational and shopping. The dealership trades Monday to Friday plus Saturdays to 1.00pm. The role oversees Aftermarket and Finance.

YOU'LL NEED

Applicants for this position must have solid current or recent experience gained as a new car dealership Sales Manager, and must be seeking a long term position. You will have strong, proven management, financial, motivational, selling and closing skills, in addition to your drive and energy to succeed. You will be able to guide your staff to take advantage of every opportunity and to maximize their potential.

THE OFFER

Salary will consist of a retainer around $85k (negotiable according to experience, Super, Commission structure and car. OTE around $175k.
