Our client is a long established, area landmark Heavy Vehicle / Truck Dealership located in Melbourne's western suburbs. They have a vacancy for a Parts Manager or Spare Parts Manager to take control of the operations of his important department. The dealership offers security of tenure, a solid income, career advancement opportunities and a friendly working environment.

YOU'LL NEED

Applicants for this position must have solid current or recent heavy vehicle or passenger car experience as a Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager. Experience must be in the automotive industry, while experience in other industries is not acceptable. You will be in charge of a staff of 8, be totally reliable and have strong management, computer and organisational skills. You will understand inventory requirements, appreciate your contribution to the well being of the dealership and be able to motivate and lead your staff to achieve their highest potential.

THE OFFER

Salary on offer for this role will consist of a retainer from $80k upwards (depending on previous experience), + super + commission. OTE could be around $150k depending on the negotiated retainer.
